Sereine Jardin is operated by a registered business entity in Vietnam, serving customers internationally including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Products

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless your region has been set to another currency. Prices may be subject to local taxes or import duties depending on your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product description
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. All payments must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped.

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Sereine Jardin does not store your card details.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days
• Europe: 7 to 21 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 30 business days

Sereine Jardin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products.

We do not offer exchanges. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. For full details, please read our Return Policy.
