At Sereine Jardin, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods such as sale events, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay with your order.

We ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and select other international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before delivery begins.

These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sereine Jardin has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary by country and order value.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order. Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed — in which case we are unable to offer a refund.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at info@sereinejardin.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note:

  • Sereine Jardin is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received — please check with neighbours and your local post office first

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@sereinejardin.com.

We can only update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Sereine Jardin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
