Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is at the heart of Sereine Jardin. If something is not quite as expected, we aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us within this window to be eligible. Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

The 7-day window begins from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have any concerns about your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact
  • Items must be undamaged and in resaleable condition

Trying on items is permitted, but items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Please choose carefully when ordering these items:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates & lingerie
  • Jewelry & accessories
  • Face masks
  • Beauty products
These restrictions apply regardless of reason. We recommend checking size guides carefully and reading the full product description before purchasing final sale items.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@sereinejardin.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos of the item(s)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without receiving written approval first — unapproved returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes:

  • All postage and carrier costs
  • Any applicable customs duties or export fees

We cannot provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Sereine Jardin cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days after being issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sereinejardin.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. In most cases, no return shipment is required. We will arrange either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement item sent at no additional cost

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada — including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations — are final sale and not eligible for returns due to the complexity and cost of international return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item on an international order, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

We strongly recommend international customers review size guides and product details carefully before ordering, as returns are not available for international shipments.
