All payment methods are processed securely through Stripe and Shopify Payments. We do not store any of your card details on our servers.

Currency

All prices on sereinejardin.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are shopping from outside Canada, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

Please note that your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee for international purchases. This fee is set by your bank and is beyond our control.

Payment Processing

Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then enter our processing queue and be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

If your payment is not successfully completed, your order will not be confirmed and no charge will be made to your account. You will be notified if there is an issue with your payment.

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please try the following:

  • Check that your card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds or credit available
  • Check that your billing address matches the address on file with your bank
  • Contact your bank to confirm there are no restrictions on international transactions
  • Try an alternative payment method

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our store, we actively monitor all orders for signs of fraudulent activity. In some cases, we may contact you to verify your identity or payment details before processing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Sereine Jardin will never ask for your full card number, PIN, or password by email or phone. If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from us, please do not respond and contact us immediately.

Billing Information

Please ensure your billing information is accurate and matches the details registered with your bank or card provider. Incorrect billing information may result in your payment being declined or your order being delayed.

Your billing address is used solely for payment verification purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required to process your payment.
