Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Currency
All prices on sereinejardin.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are shopping from outside Canada, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.
Please note that your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee for international purchases. This fee is set by your bank and is beyond our control.

Payment Processing
Payment is charged at the time your order is placed. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then enter our processing queue and be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
If your payment is not successfully completed, your order will not be confirmed and no charge will be made to your account. You will be notified if there is an issue with your payment.

Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please try the following:

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
